In response to technological advancements and the dynamic demands of the insurance industry, we established our IT Solution company in 2014, commencing operations in 2016 with a focus on delivering innovative systems for insurance companies.
Recognizing the limitations of current EDC-based systems—such as transaction delays on weekends, manual claims processing, high communication costs, and frequent miscalculations—we developed the KARTU-SEHAT system. This web-based application offers significant advantages, including faster, more accurate claims processing for inpatient and maternity hospitalizations, reduced costs, and greater flexibility, making it a reliable solution for health insurance companies.
Additionally, we now serve a diverse range of clients across various sectors, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Alongside KARTU-SEHAT, we provide an Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) to empower companies with real-time data for proactive risk identification and mitigation.
We also deliver other innovative products designed to match our clients’ unique requirements, further enhancing their operational efficiency. Beyond these solutions, we support insurance companies with Administration Service Only (ASO) and Third Party Administration (TPA) arrangements to optimize processes and client services.
